Kurdistan flag for first time at 1924 by Ahmad Mokhtar Jaff Pasha  ( Halabja) make and disgn by Malla Najmaddin G.Mobarek Shahi  .

After world warII  at.1945 in Mahabad Capital of Republic of Kurdistan again this flag by president Qazi Mohammad used for Kurdistan flag. 

Kurdistan National Congress in 1989-1995 after 40 years this flag  by %99 voted .
